Muar offers various brands that hand make each piece specifically for you. Some of the pieces might be in stock when you order so please check the stock status for each.
In case your piece is “available on backorder”, we would need around 2-4 weeks to deliver it to you. We will contact you after you make your purchase with a more precise delivery time.
The following shipping times are counted for “In Stock” pieces or from the day the piece is ready for shipping:
Europe Shipping: 3–5 working days
Rest of World: 5–10 working days
*Delivery times do not include custom clearance in your country and may vary from country to country (for countries not in the EU). Please check with your local customs before placing an order.
We reserve the right not to deliver pieces that are not anymore produced and are still visible on our website. We will of course inform you and return any payments made, within maximum 3 days of contact.

For orders containing several pieces when one or more of the piece is not in stock, we will deliver your order as soon all pieces are ready.
Payment upon order:
We accept payment with the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
In addition we offer payment with Paypal, SOFORT, EPS and giropay.
Advanced payment per bank transfer:
Please transfer the total amount of your order that is stated on the order confirmation email to our bank account. We will ship “In Stock” items or start hand crafting your pieces within maximum 3 days of receiving the funds on our account.
You can return your order or part of it within 14 days of receiving it. In case you would like to return an order, please contact us per email. Unfortunately we cannot offer free return shipping.
You will be fully refunded as soon as your package arrives back to us and we determine that the piece(s) is in the same condition as we sent them to you. Please keep the post office receipt until then. In case we receive the pieces from you in a used or damaged state, we will evaluate the extent of the damage, the repair costs, and will refund you the difference between your purchase price and the repair costs.
PACKAGING & GIFT WRAPPING
Every piece that you order from us will arrive in a decorative box. You will also find some nice goodies from our designers, each having their own unique goodies.
Gift wrapping is available. Just let us know if you would like gift wrapping when placing your order.
We aspire to deliver your order in perfect condition and will make all necessary arrangements for that to happen. Do let us know in case you receive your order in a damaged state (take photos of all damaged parts).
TAXES AND DUTIES
Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of duties and taxes. You are responsible for all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties when you live outside of the EU. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
